About Taletrove

Founded in 2024, Taletrove is a UK-based service that turns family photos and updates into a printed monthly newsletter for older relatives.

Taletrove is run by Sam Jaques and Adam Prescott, with Sam looking after customer service and Adam overseeing print and production. We are the only family newsletter service designed, printed and posted entirely in the UK.

Taletrove was created after seeing first-hand how easily older generations can become isolated as everyday family communication moves onto digital platforms they don't use.

We work directly with families — and with care homes across the UK — to produce a newsletter that arrives by post each month, giving older relatives a simple, familiar way to stay connected.

We've deliberately kept the service simple and low-cost, so it remains affordable for everyday families.
